I love yogurt. Grew up in France, on plain yogurt with a pinch of sugar of jam. We always have plain yogurt in the fridge. recently discovered Alpro, a soy based yogurt, the texture is a bit different, and it is nice for a change.

I really like yogurt - Fage is really good and I like that it's high in protein. My favorite, though, is the Trader Joe's seasonal pumpkin Greek yogurt. It's got pumpkin pie spices and is so yummy - I am not yet evolved enough, however, to say that it's just like dessert. emoticon

My favorite yogurt is either yoplait greek with granola and strawberry or blueberry or the chobani plain yogurt with fresh strawberries or kiwi. I prefer the yoplait cause it's ready to go and i don't have to do anything but eat it emoticon

I make a super protein drink with Dannon light and fit Greek (pineapple is my fave) and Pure Protein powder-frosty chocolate. Soooo good and tops out at around 43 grams of protein and 250 calories.

I can't do yogurt. I love it, but my body doesn't. So I was thrilled to discover SO Delicious coconut "yogurt" with live cultures. It's fantastic. If you can't tolerate regular milk-based yogurt, you might try this. I buy it at my local big grocery store (Kroger's).

I learn this at my hometown BL challenge. As women we have yeast in our bodies. Some of us have a overload. Here is a test to tell if you do. When you get up in the morning before drinking water or anything spit in a glass of water and if it goes to the bottom you have a problem. Sugar turns into fat. Fat is attracted to yeast. Yogurt fights yeast. .. Does this make sense ?

I love Fage Total 0 Greek Yogurt - nice and thick, creamy and LOADS of protein. I especially like to mix in some berries - it's like dessert!

Very interesting, thanks for sharing.

I have yogurt most days as my evening snack (Yoplait light flavored - the one w/the W/W 2 points+ on the label) I add about 1/2 tbs of cut up walnuts to it - gives it a crunch and I heard that Walnuts are good Omega 3's
