Hey Ladies- I hope you're all doing well.
I won't get my work out in today because of my office Christmas party and I couldn't wake up any earlier than 5 today to work out. I will make up for it tomorrow.

Work out done for today!!!! I think I worked harder than normal because I really felt it.

How's it going Ladies? I have to admit I didn't work out saturday or sunday so I only made it to four days last week... I will do better this week!

I notice that my body responds quickly to regular exercise. I don't see significant weight loss but I tone and tighten pretty easily. I'm hoping to use this challenge as a way to ease back into a regular routine. I was losing 3-4 overall inches over the summer...

I am working out at least 10 minutes per day until Christmas Eve. I will push it for the extra five minutes and stick with it until December 31.

I decided to work out 5-6 days a week for the rest of the month. I started on December 1 and figured why not include my WOCU sisters. I hope you all will join me on this fun challenge. Please comment at least 3 times a week on how your are progressing.

So far I have worked out on the 1st and 2nd. Today is December 3rd and I will be working out this evening. I picked 8:00pm as my workout time because everyone is fed and winding down for the night and I have time to myself. My workouts are 45 minutes to an hour.

Who wants to join me? There's still four more days in this week, I only ask that you check in 3 times a week and do at least 15 minutes 5-6 days a week.
