Last day of the month- how did we do? I'm down another 1/2 inch on my waist so that makes a total of 2 inches gone from my waist this month!!!! I've lost other inches but can't remember the loss right now because my waist has me so excited LOL I still have a lot more to lose though because I'm trying to get my waist to at least 32 inches and right now i'm at 44 emoticon
but I will get there!!!!!

Last week in July- did everyone stay on task? There's still four more days left in July.

So far I have reached my work out goal this month of working out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday!!!

Way to go!!!! I have been off track a little this week with the exercise but I am getting back on line...set up a Friday evening training session and a Sat morning one....down but not out!!

Measured myself yesterday and I'm down another inch on my waist that makes 1 1/2 so far this month, 1 inch from my thigh, 3/4 inch from my arm, my hips I'm not sure because I forgot to measure last time... I'm really excited about this progress in just a few short weeks!!!!

How are you all doing on your goals?

On week three of my work out streak!!!!! I can feel myself getting stronger- when I started the program I could barely lift my leg LOL I move on to level 2 in 3 days...

I didn't track my food this past weekend but I didn't eat horribly either. I feel like I'm getting the hang of controlling my emotional (bored) eating.

Worked out for an hour today- still tracking my food AND staying in my calorie range. Feeling good about my progress so far this month. Half way through and I don't feel like giving up!!!!!!

I'm pumped for the week! I made my goals for last week and plan to meet the again this week and then some! I lost 1/2 inch off my waist!!!! I can tell my body is changing but the scale isn't moving. I'm not as interested in the scale as I am the inches anyways- so I'm feeling good!!!

I am still recovering from my knee replacement surgery but may be released from physical therapy on this Friday. My therapist has me going to the gym this Wednesday for a dry run, I have to maintain a minimum exercise routine to keep my replacement viable. I haven't been on-site regularly but am trying to get back to daily posting. I am not close at all to achieving the goals I had in January, I guess that the best course of action would be to adopt some short term goals for July through December. I'll think about this and post my goals in a blog.

I never realized how much the meal tracker can actually help. I always read in people's blogs about how it was the most important tool on the site. I can say that it is definitely opening my eyes. As well as forcing me to cook since it's easier to track lol

I stayed on the low end of my calories today as well as my other nutritional goals!!!

My goal is to lose 30 lbs by the end of the year and I am nowhere near that!!! However, I have gotten back on track and I am trying to work out at least 5 days a week...also eating less but better quality food...also keeping my water up, which isn't hard when it's 100 degrees out...

I need to do better at tracking my progress. I will try to dedicate Friday for tracking days if I get here no other day!

I've been tracking my food for the last two days. It's not easy but it's keeping me motivated.
I did Tracy Anderson on Monday and Wednesday and I'm about to head to the basement to work out now.

My goals were to create a consistent work out routine, lose 50 pounds and to strengthen my spiritual side.

I am so so on all three goals. I do exercise on a more consistent basis than I did last year but it's not as consistent as I had planned at the beginning of the year. I'm only down 3 pounds but in reality I'm up from my starting weight at the beginning of the year. I do chant and study (I practice Nichiren Buddhism) more but I need to focus on doing it daily because my spiritual mood definitely affects all other aspects of my life.

Today I did my Tracy Andersen Metamorphosis work out and tracked my minutes! I made a commitment to myself today to work out no less than Monday Wednesday and Friday since those are the days I work from home and have more time. I will also add a fourth day- not sure which day yet.

This is month 7 of 2014 and we have 6 more months to reach those goals we set on January 1, 2014. Are you where you thought you would be after 6 months of the year has passed?

July's challenge is to look back on those goals you made in January to see if you are on track. Post in this thread what your goals are and how your're reaching them. EACH DAY we will need to post what we did that day to reach our goals.
