I took Easter Sunday off but I have gotten 10 minutes on Monday and Tuesday.

There are 10 days left in April- so for the next 10 days I want everyone to join me in doing at least 10 minutes of intentional exercise each day until the end of April.

Summer is almost here and I do not want to look the same as I have the last two summers, I need you all to encourage me and I will do the same for you :) Let's keep it going ladies!!!!!

Wow this month is rolling by very quickly! My church is on a fast from the 'internet' until lent. We can post things encouraging. So I'll start doing that. I have been eating great these past couple of weeks and exercising. My daughter joined the soccer team so now she is increasing her exercise and we'll weigh in next week. I look forward to seeing the scale move!

I'm going to give it my best shot. 90 minutes is a lot for me. I will definitely stick to the rest of the challenge! Does fast food include Subway and Panera?

The challenge for April is to eat less and exercise more. Remove Fastfood for this month and drink at least 10 glasses of water.

1 - 60 Jumping Jacks on M, W, F,
2 - 60 Push ups T, T, Sat
3 - Exercise 90 minutes a day... this includes power walking on breaks walk for 30 minutes during lunch time, 30 minutes when you get off, and 30 more throughout the day.
No more excuses add to the list of what you can do.
