I completely lost track of wha goals.t I was doing and can't report out for the end of October. I am going to re-issue a non-scale challenge for November and incorporate some of the October Daily Three

I'm in--the biggest challenge for me will be posting/blogging about it!

So, with this non-scale challenge--are we trying to avoid weighing ourselves for the month of October? That's one way to either free ourselves from the so called importance of the number we get or it's a way to drive us crazy!

Its October and we're ready for a non-scale challenge. Can you give it 3 for 31 days? for each day this month,
1. Track our food: You can use the tracker or paper or another site.
2. Get in 20 minutes of intentional exercise
3. Chat in the team thread or post a blog
