My sister and I are walking, walking, and walking, even tho it is hot. We are still putting in exercise. The goal is at least 3, 10 minute power walked throughout my work day.

I like this challenge and will start it today. I slacked on my work outs this week but I did manage to lose another 5 pounds!!!!

I've been MIA because my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer two weeks ago and just had her surgery this week. The dr's are confident they got it all so we're just waiting on the pathology report. I'm ready to restart my Spark!!!!

For the month of June 2014 - There will be an AB challenge. Look at the daily routine below. Do this each day so we can get rid of our muffin tops. Post to let us know when you completed these daily or as often as you can.

well, June 1st finds me up 2.5 pounds. We're going into our last week with students this week and food celebrations are a daily thing. I am not going to stress--will get it together and try to avoid some of the events.

Temeka hope you made your goals this week. I was surprised with a 4 pound loss that I think was mostly water. I am getting better in the pain department. I need to get 3 days of cardio in in the coming week. If I can't do Wii or WATP, I will do the chair exercises. Took Lacey to the vet today, she good, I need to get well.

Hi Team- So sorry I have been MIA. I have not been in a great space emotionally and for no real reason. I was thinking yesterday that my moods are always better when I'm exercising and checking Spark People daily so why am I not doing that?

Here are my goals for the week:

I was only successful with taking my food to work and preparing food ahead last week. This week is in jeopardy because I haven't shopped or prepared food and I have an engagement this evening. I will get things ready for tomorrow and then I'll have to do what I didn't do today, tomorrow. I am supposed to go to the gym this week with a co-worker. Promising to meet someone usually gets me there. I just have to remember that I need to start where I am and go forward.

New week, new opportunity

I went to church, then to the market. I have prepared lunch and dinner for at least the first three days of the week. I recently purchased a Vitamix from QVC. It arrived and I am planning smoothies for breakfast and afternoon snack.

Still working on consistency with the fitness. I have kept up with the yoga and it is helping. Now to get the walking done!

I'm in- I'm finding myself losing the motivation to eat healthy:

1. Meal plan each week
2. No more than one sweet treat per week
3. Work out 4 days per week
4. Prepare the night before for the next day

4/14: Setting up for success. I've created my menu for the week, shopped for food and will cook some things ahead when I get back for church. Walked yesterday, will do a yoga session this afternoon. emoticon

4/15: Happy Tax day--Hope everyone has filed. I brought my breakfast and lunch into work this morning. No excuses for not eating right this week. On track with my food goals for Monda y.
