blueberries, orange, apple, raddicho (sorry for the spelling), spinach, broccoli, tomatoes and banana!!! Typically, I eat all my fruits and veggies! Not a problem!! emoticon

I have only had 1 apple today, but I will have 2 more and I have a veggie with my lunch. This has made me more conscious of my frurit/veggie intake. With this new awareness I plan to increase my daily intake one day at a time as well.
