Also week one.

I struggle with ďhiddenĒ sugars. And Iím not modifying my food yet, because I want to observe the cravings and how I respond.
So, a few prepared things are potholes on this journey.

I allow fruit. If I donít, Iíll go after other sources. Iím trying to limit when I have it. (IF and vegetarian, here)
Iím also trying to get a fix on the actual sugars in kombucha after fermenting.

Hello All!
It seems like I can stick to most anything EXCEPT following through with a plan to lose weight, so I am going to attempt to stick with this first week of the four week Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge.Please wish me luck.

A little about myself and sweets--I basically eat very healthy, I just eat too much. As far as sweets go, I am addicted to fruit, and yes, I over indulge in it. As far as other sweets-if they are around my house, (ice cream, pies, etc.) I usually eat them until their gone!

I am going to TRY to keep track of all my foods this week and be observant of my sugar intake. If I keep up with logging all week, it will be a breakthrough for me. emoticon
