Week 3 Sun. 18th-Sat. 24th
I only got in 3 FitTV workouts this week as I was having some electrical issues in my house and didn't have access to my TV or DVR. I did exercise though in other ways.

My stress relieving tactics helped this week during a job interview that I had. I don't know yet if I got the job or not, but I didn't get as nervous during the interview.

Week 2 - Sun.11-17th
July 11th-2 Gilad workouts
July 12th-2 Weight Loss workouts
July 13th-2 Weight Loss workouts
July 15th-2 Gilad workouts
July 16th-2 Gilad workouts

Total of 10 FitTV workouts for the week.

My stress practices have helped this week, but the fact that our Governor lost his bid to pay us federal minimum wage helped even more. I'll be back to post next week again

1)
This week I did 2 Gilad workouts and two weight loss workouts with Violet Zaki from FitTV.
2)
I did sign up for the stress relief team. I have been reading the daily tips and they seem to be very good ones. I plan to put some of them to practice soon as this month is very stressful for me.
3)
Save a dollar a day and put it aside to buy yourself something nice only with the money that was saved this month (~$31.00).
Will update at the end of the month.
4)
The last goal is 4 you. Chose something that is healthy, fit & freeing for you.

Went to the beach yesterday. We ate healthy foods and took an 8 mile walk on the beach. We had so much fun spending time with family.

I'll post my weekly results every SATURDAY, as that will mark the end of each week! Feel free to follow suit!

Week 1 - Sun. 4-10th

Week 2 - Sun.11-17th

Week 4 - Sun. 24-31st

1) Exercise to at least one FitTV show each week!

2) Read SP's July Stress Free Tips

3) I'm setting aside to buy myself something nice only with the money that was saved this month (~$31.00).
It's my birthday this month, how will I celebrate with my SP savings :oD

4) The last goal is 4 me. I'm chosing something that is healthy, fit & freeing for me. Doing one thing once a week or 4 different things over the month.

I'll be back to let you know so that you can support me in my efforts!!!
