Finished my carb & calorie challenge...I find that if I am closer to 50% or less with carbs, and if my protein %-age is greater than my fats, I have very few cravings and feel very full at the end of the day....

What is shocked me in this challenge is that my carbs are not as high as I thought, and my percentage of FAT is so high. emoticon

I honestly haven't been working in this low of a calorie range for a few years, but now that I don't have the "baby weight" excuse any more it is time to get this right. Was glad to at least hit it once this week...

From March 1-9 we will be tracking calories and carbohydrates. Everyone has a range that they are suppose to stay within. Each day, whether you post daily or weekly write what your range is and what percentage your carbohydrates were to your calories. You can get the percentages by doing a feedback report daily and getting 2 spark points. emoticon Gotta love those points, they are addicting. What we don't do for points. emoticon Hopefully this will help members become aware and if needs improving, they can take steps to do so.

The range is suppose to be 50% according to the daily report. I was told my a nutritionist that even 60% of complex carbs(freggies) is alright. I personally wouldn't want to do that on a daily level.
