Completed the challenge! Lost 10 lbs and fit into a pair of pants that used to be too tight.

On day 11 of no-added sugar! Doing OK so far. 19 days to go.

Why? Excess sugar can increase your chances of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.

Decrease sugar can result in stable mood and energy, weight-loss, and healthier brain function.

RULES: You can set your own limits and rules but you have to hold yourself to them for 30 days.

I am posting tips on my blog if you wish to get a little guidance.
