It seems to be along slow and finally satisfying road to success.

Thanks and Yes! It is cool being called a "loser". ;-) You've made great progress; thanks for the encouragement.

Hi!

This is my 4th week of working out a minimum of 4 to 5 days a week and I feel great! Because I didn't weigh and measure myself, I'm really not sure of how much progress I've made. I do know this; 2 months ago I weighed around 218 which was a drop from 228, 5 mths ago. In September 2011, my A1C was 7.4 and I freaked out! In December, it was back down to 6.7 as I began watching my food intake and began a vitamin regiman. Because I'm working out so much, I've noticed in the morning my glucose has been between 110 and 117! I have also been taking in fresh (raw) vegetable and fruit juice (about 3 servings) a day.

Yesterday, I weighed myself and took measurements. I weigh 208 and I'm looking forward to the next 20 lb drop (one day at a time)! My mindset is not that I'm on a diet but more that this is a "life-style" change necessary for me to be healthy. Have a great day!

Sanda
