Getting back into the groove after the memorial weekend..before then I progressed into doing some supposedly "low impact" aerobic videos..whaaat?! I was sore for 3 days! Easing back into power walking

So far I've ridden my recumbent exercise bike for 17 minutes. Getting ready to take my dog for a walk - my walks have been much shorter since I got the blister on my heel - I can't wear my shoes so I have to wear sandals or clogs and they aren't good for dog walking.

walked my dog for 45 minutes and worked cleaning over at my Aunt's plus lots of walking between the two houses

Nothing yet, I've been dealing with knee and ankle pain today. Maybe later I'll feel like doing something.

So far I've rode the exercise bike 15 minutes. Still need to walk my dog and do more on the bike if I'm feeling up to it. I've had a headache all morning. Took something for it but right now it's still there.

I walked around the thrift shop for about 45 minutes but only counted 20 minutes walking and 48 minutes walking my dog.
