Some of you are way ahead of me, and some way behind. I seem to be right in the middle with much room for improvement. On that note, I need to go exercise now...couldn't earlier because I had an early meaning breakfast training for work -- ate most of a veggie omelette and a few bites of hash browns plus some oj and herbal tea.

So glad you joined us, Sasgal!

I confess that at first, I thought the points were stupid, too, especially if they weren't directly related to eating and exercise. But now I see how the exposure to the articles and others here as well as the accountability of logging in actually makes a difference in how serious I take the steps to reach my goal.

So, earn as many as you can. For this challenge, we'll just focus on the ones earned this month of November.

I'll join the challenge! When I first started on sparkpeople and saw the points I thought "how stupid! It's not like you get anything for the points!". But then I found myself trying to see how many points I could get and trying to move up to the next trophy.

I've been gone for a few weeks...not gone gone, but gone from sparkpeople. I was getting discouraged because I wasn't losing like I was hoping I would. But I'm back now and want to get motivated again. So, sparkpoints are a good way to start!

Anyway:

Nov 2 - 849 points total, 151 till next trophy!
