This is the circuit routine I enjoyed so much:

Crunches
Alternating Dumbbell Biceps Curls
One-Arm Dumbbell Rows
Dumbbell Flys
Dumbbell Lateral Raises
Squats

The original plan came from a magazine article with the claim of dropping a dress size in 6 weeks. It was great for toning. One change I made is substituting 'crunches' for 'planks'. Anyway, it is a well-balanced routine and I highly recommend it.

I do strength/weights twice a week, but have changed it up a bit to more Core training. This has really kicked my butt different muscles, so it seems like I am sore all the time now again emoticon emoticon

Have now hit two goals! Over one year of not smoking and am below the 150lb mark! Just hit my third goal, under 140lbs! 03/27/09 hit the 50 pounds lost goal!

I was wondering how many of us are doing strength exercises/weight circuits. I just switched up my routine and am now using one of Sparks plans. While the other one was working great for me, I knew that after a year it was time to switch it up.
