Please, please do not sweat the small stuff..if it is not fun it is not worth it!!! We are there working towards the same goal!

Have now hit two goals! Over one year of not smoking and am below the 150lb mark! Just hit my third goal, under 140lbs! 03/27/09 hit the 50 pounds lost goal!

I like the steps, too, as well as trying a new video or exercise -- this could be weekly. Good thing the pedometers can be bought cheaply, I have lost two of them. I'd like to see how many steps I get in the regular course of the day, aside from purposeful walking. I like the 5 fruit & veggies ideas, too, as I think I'm slipping up on that lately.

That's why the 2nd suggestion actually, the other team I'm on is doing weekly challenges, and last week the challenge was to add 20 minutes of walking to our normal activities each day. I think they are going to do making sure you get at least 5 servings of fruits and 5 of vegetables next week.

What about so many steps a day. Pedometer are as cheap as $5.00 and it shows you where you are each day by just putting it on?

How about:

1) Try a new video/exercise each week
2) Add (fill in the blank) minutes of (fill in the blank activity) to your routine
