Please forgive me, I'm new and without understanding, I joined your team; as I said, I'm non-Indian. I just want to post something and I'll figure it out tomorrow!
1) got to work on time!
2) set boundaries in a relationship
3) 15 minutes exercise
4) made special trip to store to buy healthy foods
