Wow- it's already June 10th. I didn't do daily tracking, but some-days tracking. Kept to a decent amount of good foods every day!

Alright- this is a good idea.....

Week: May 10-17th

Goal: daily tracking

Result: I'm using a little diet tracker book- keeping it with me

Goals for next week: Continue to track, and look up food values and review.
