Finished January jump start. I managed to get through it OK, not as many injuries as I thought. I ended the last few days with pulled hamstring and calf muscle. Ended up doing the seated cardio: instead but still finished
After everything, I lost 1.5kg to put on 2kg to lose 1kg again. I lost a few cm around the waist thighs and arms.
I am happy with the results as I know I look more toned and have more strength now. This week I am packing my house and then moving to our property. We are working to being self sustaining, and still need to build everything, so lots of hard work ahead. Hence why I wanted to build strength rather than lose weight.
My goals are to keep eating healthy and maintaining a good level of physical activity. I want to be healthy and strong by the time I have children in a couple years and continue it throughout my life.
I know now I don't need to fear becoming like my mother, Unhealthy and overweight and blaming it on pregnancy. I am stronger willed and happier living a healthy lifestyle.
So good luck to others in their goals for the future. Just know no matter how you did in this challenge, Its a step in the right direction, keep up the good work and be happy in your accomplishments.
