Finished yesterday!! I too found myself doing more of the workouts, and was up to doing 50 minutes of the cardio blast and even tried some beginning zumba. Woo Hoo!!!

Did take the day off today, went shopping. Will start back up tomorrow!!

emoticon emoticon I finished my 1st ever SPARK Challenge. I've been here almost 3 years!

In a nutshell, here are some of my accomplishments:

- Brought my calories down by over 400 calories/week
- Went from 237 calories burned/day to 445 calories burned/day
- As of today Lost 4.2 pounds but official weigh-in is tomorrow
- upped my freggies from almost NONE to about 10/day since week 3

During week 4 alone:

- Burned 563 more calories than week 3
- Added 96 more minutes of cardio from week 3

Overall I feel like I had a well rounded workout and the improvement in my nutrition was phenomenal! I am going to make a plan to stick with the same kind of workouts using some different exercises offered by SP! Now at least I have a starting point to work from. I never had that B4. I would just workout all the time and frustrated cuz NOTHING was happening. I would like to lose 2 pounds/week but if it's going to stay off and I don't have to be a NUT about my nutrition and exercise it will be so much easier to stick to.

What an accomplishment! Completed week 4 in grand style by power walking for an hour and then did a 23 mile bike ride on a local trail. What an awesome way to end a week! Next on my list is to begin Coach Nicole's 28 Day Bootcamp DVD. I'm addicted to doing cardio work-outs on a daily basis. That's a good addiction, right?

I finished. I did all the workouts, do massive extra cardio, tracked my food! Now I'm going to start the Supreme 90 DVD workouts tomorrow. This was my warm up.

This Year I did GREAT on this Challenge. So very proud of myself! We can do ANYTHING when we set our minds and hearts to do it. I've stayed consistent and will REMAIN consistent. Enjoyed the videos and extra work. They help to bring my body into the shape I desire and I will continue to use them from now on. Thanks to Coach Nicole for her hard work on the videos. Thanks to the other leaders for helping us along the way. So charged and pumped to make this the BEST year on SPARK EVER! Thanks and Congratulations to the ENTIRE Team!

I'm done! I really didn't think I would finish this Challenge. I did change it to work for me--I couldn't get some of the videos to work (too much buffering) so I did my own thing a lot, but I did at least the minimum cardio (plus more!) and tracked my food 3-4 times per week, which is, I think, a new record for me (hate tracking!). I will weigh in tomorrow--my weigh in last Sunday was 4.5 pounds down in the first three weeks of the Challenge. I'm hoping to lose another pound or so this week.

Done! I loved this challenge so much that I bought the new Boot Camp video to do for February =)

I lost 5.6 lbs. during this 4 week challenge. Very, very pleased with that. Plus I definitely feel stronger and healthier.

I can't believe I finished with this crazy week. I must hit the books tomorrow and make up for lost time. I did not work out my 5 days a week but did 60 mins two days on the treadmill to make up for it and that was doable.

I feel a little like Dora the Explorer- I did it I did it I did it hooray! This week was the toughest - more stress, less time, and a diagnosis of tendonitis in my foot. BUT, I use the videos to my biggest advantage - doing multiples in one day sometimes, today I ran on the street for the first time in 13 days and rocked my time for two miles. I EVEN did a FULL plank in today's video for the entire time - definite progress over four weeks ago.

I am going to keep using the videos (mixing them up and choosing some that were not on this challenge) for strength training. That has been my weakest area and I feel like I CAN do it now. I managed in the four weeks to take off the five pounds I got lazy about and put on over the holidays. I'm on track to reach goal weight by my 43rd birthday in a couple of months.

BUT, even if the scales don't support it, I am going to be happy that I have made exercise and healthy eating - and tracking everything - a part of my life and I will look much more fabulous at my 43 bday than I did at 13, 23, or 33. Thanks SparkPeople - and especially Coach Nicole.

I finished the challenge and ready for another. Bought the 28 day DVD, will be doing that for the month of Feb. What I have learned is do don't settle in when you fall back just get up and keep going. Mine goals is what I'm after right now. Next month I will do 30 min 5 days and a 10 min strength. Track my breakfast and Lunch. I have dropped 2.5 pounds, clothes are loose and I feel so much better. So February here I come.

I finished up with the 15mins abs workout this morning and measured up.
My weight yesterday was slightly down and my weight today is slightly up! So go figure. HOWEVER, my waist is smaller, my hips are smaller, but thighs and upper arms are the same.
So pretty happy with the result overall, feel more toned and stronger, and REALLY enjoyed the daily JJS video workouts!
This was great fun, thanks everyone for a good team effort.

I am finished!!! I finished a monthly challenge for the fist time! I do feel a huge difference in my muscles. I loved these short videos. They were much easier to fit into the schedule at any time.

I have enjoyed this challenge. I love that the exercises are in 10-minute bites. It gives me more control over my schedule when I am busy. I also learned a lot about better breathing when I was exercising. My goals for now are to return to Callentics fro a couple of weeks at least for a change out. I am also doing the Rookie Runner, eight-week training program.

I finished the 4 week jumpstart just now. I really feel ready to continue with this routine of strengthening exercises and cardio. I am really surprised at how well I did with it. This last week, from Tuesday through today I have been sick with a cold. But I persevered and continued to do the whole challenge for week 4. I feel really proud of myself, and I am not going to give in to any excuse from now on. I feel I am on my way of reaching my goals, all of them. Thank you Spark People.
