All you need is a scribbler or loose leafs that you can add to as you go. I call mine HEALTH IS A MUST

Can I suggest you write down how many pounds you feel you can REALISTICALLY lose this year. Then write down WHY it's important to YOU to lose the weight. Is it for better health, fit better in your clothes, want to be active without losing your breath walking or doing the stairs? What is/are YOUR reason/s?

This being done, you now have a GOAL. We'll talk about it some more next week.

Together emoticon If you don't reach your goal this month, you are still a winner because you took action and there is less of you as the 1rst of the month. In a week you can even get closer to your goal and even reach it... emoticon

For those of you who have set a yearly goal as far as how much weight you would like to lose. Is it a goal you know you can reach? Did you divide that goal in smaller goals like where you should be at the end of June? Or end of April, August and December? How much weight should you lose monthly to reach your goal.... I should lose 3.5 pounds a month. Will you reach YOUR goal this month? We have a week left to do so. I need to lose .7 pounds this week. Together we can do this.
