I'd say you had a successful week. Success is not always the number on the scale and you recognized this. You have lots of successes and didn't beat yourself up because you weren't perfect. You accomplished a lot and all of this will build on your future successes. emoticon

I agree eating healthy is very tasty but for me its hard to "overeat" healthy food because the portions tend to be more than what fast food offers. In this instance I had to eat on the go but instead of eating the whole meal I ate a portion and gave the rest away. I also know what you mean about fries...when you wean yourself off of them I know I can taste the old grease and staleness ... it's not appetizing versus a fresh potato.

This week I did not exercise every day as I had intended and my food choices went askew yesterday, but the positives are: I worked out this week and when I did I gave 100%, despite the food choice (fast food) I did not over eat just because it tasted good, and lastly I didn't throw a pity or guilt party.
