This is my first post since June 1st so I have two weights to register.

Today, 6/14, Weight = 211.0! emoticon I've lost over 5 pounds since 5/01 which is a total of 8 pounds from my highest of 219!!

gained 1lb. since last weigh in..I own it though because I drank soda this past week and exercise was not as often as it usually is...all I can do is try harder. It seems as though I'm kind of plateuing though. I can't seem to get past that 1-2lb. loss or gain...I'll keep going though and see what happens. I hope it's not a plateau just a fluke... emoticon

I just joined this discussion today. I officially jioned spark yesterday, but today was my first day. My regular weigh in day will be Monday but I didnt find this until today. My starting weight is 278 per dr. scale yesterday fully clothed. emoticon emoticon My goal is to lose 2 lbs per week. with a total goal of 100lbs. On my way to a new healthier me!

My day is Wednesday, this is my 2 week mark, I have lost 6.2 pounds total in the 2 weeks...My goal is 3 pounds a week so I am on track :)

Hi I'm Barb. I started 3 days ago at 224 pounds and I have lost 2. I have 78 more to go! I'm trying to work out everyday for at least 10 min. but want to do 30 on most days. I', reading the Spark book and it is very inspirational. I feel like I can really do it this time. With everyone's help.

down -2.5 lbs. at Dr.'s office early this morning. i usually weigh-in before eating.

went out for brunch, all food from today tracked in SP, under 1500 calories.

walked 35 mins to garden centre

worked the garden for a couple of hours

This is my 3rd week of healthy eating and 3rd weigh-in, but the first time with the virtual weigh-in. I am down 6.4 lbs this week for a total of 9.4 lbs lost. WooHoo!

I just started last Wed so I have no comparison but I lost 2.4 pounds this week.
And I know I could have done a few things better, it is a process with me and I know this week I will be able to work more things in that are healthier and hope to see more loss next week.
My goal is to lose 3lbs a week, I was close :)

Weighed in at 191.4.

Completely woke up this morning proud of myself and thought I would have lost something but I gained. It was the smallest amount of gain but it was hard to look at. I guess I need to work a little harder this week especially on the weekends. Keeping my head up and won't let this slow slow weight loss get in my way. Going to make some small changes again and will see how that turns out next week.
