There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to get moving and get in 45 min. of cardio.
Some great ways to burn off calories can be:

*Turn up the music and dance away those calories (great for house cleaning when no one is watching)
*Put on your headset and go for a walk or jog
*Do some gardening (i.e. mow, pull weeds, rake leaves)
*Play outside with the kids (soccer, throw a frisbee, play hopscotch, etc.)
*Go for a bike ride
*Take a new exercise class at the gym
*Take the stairs instead of the elevator at work or to your apartment

Adding a little music to your cardio seems to make the time go by quickly and gives your mind something to do.
Get out today and BUST A MOVE!

Have a FANTASTIC Friday
