There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Your challenge today is to PUSH YOURSELF A BIT HARDER/LONGER with your cardio or strength training.

Are you doing cardio today?
How about:

*Going faster?
*Going farther?
*Going longer?

Are you doing strength training today? How about:

*Adding a bit more resistance or weight?
*Doing a few more repetitions?
*Going up a level in difficulty?

The weekend is almost here.
Let's kick it off with some muscle building and fat burning!!!
