There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Friday to you!

Did you know that having strong back & stomach muscles can help with your posture? Having a straight posture can also make you appear slimmer. That's something that we would all love, right? RIGHT!

Your challenge today is to look in the Spark Fitness area and do 2 exercises that work your back muscles and 2 exercises that work your abdominal muscles.
Feel free to incorporate weights, bands, or a stability ball to increase the difficulty level.
Let's work hard now to show off our slimmer, healthier bodies!
