There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

Regarding the "Longevity Stick" video I believe I gave the wrong address on you tube. Here goes: https://youtu.be/r4o14LhkRW4. If that doesn't get you there just type in Longevity Stick Exercise and that will bring you to this video. Check it out and Enjoy!

I did "Longevity Stick". It is a wonderful relaxing stretch that only requires a curtain rod. Yes, I said curtain rod. And, it is led by a 83 year old lady. Can you believe it? Check it out on yhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4o14LhkR

Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to EXERCISE.
You can choose cardio, strength training, or a combination of both.
The activity, duration, and intensity are all up to you.
When you are done with your workout, come back online and boast about what you did.

Have a great Friday!
