There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Don't dwell on the fact you were stressed out and ate. I am sure this isn't the first time you did it and probably won't be the last. The main thing is to accept you are not perfect and get back to healthier eating. emoticon

I did grocery shopping and went to physical therapy. Then I came out of the grocery store and someone had hit my car. I went back into the grocery store and bought



It's half gone now I;m mad that I ate it. My stomach doesn't feel so hot.

Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR LEGS.
Great exercises to do this are:

*Brisk walking
*Swimming
*Exercise video or gym class (i.e. Spinning, etc.)
*Biking
