1-pool tues /thurs hopefully both days
2-pick up gs after school
3-laundry and grocery shopping
4-drop off donations to value village
5-walks through the week on non pool days

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I didn't feel good last week so this week is busy

Physical therapy Tuesday and Thursday
Grocery Shopping housework with homemaker Wednesday
Eye Dr. Wednesday
Mall& Walmart Friday or Thursday
oil change Saturday @ 11a.m.
strength training 3x
cardio 3x

I thought we could start off this week with a "to do list".

Make a note of 5 things that YOU WILL GET DONE BY THE WEEKEND!

You can jot down the 5 things that you will get done here (or keep them somewhere that you can refer to them).

Also, let's shoot for 8-10 glasses of water today.
Starting the week of hydrated is a great beginning of the week.
