There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to FEED YOUR BRAIN.
We always think about healthy ways to feed our bodies.
Let's focus on feeding our mind now.

How can you feed your brain?
How about:

*Watching a documentary on television
*Read an informative story or "how to" online
*Watch an informative video online
*Read a magazine or book that teaches you something new
*Listen to a radio program or audio disk that really makes you THINK
*Listen to a speaker (at work, at church, in your neighborhood, on television, etc.) that has a point of view that you never considered

These are just a few suggestions.

Have a great Tuesday!
