There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Drink at least 8 glasses of water 10 already and it's only 3:30pm
*Get in some sort of cardio or strength exercise physical therapy
*Spoil Yourself at least once did some of my jigsaw puzzle and watched a show I recorded last night
*Eat 5 Fruits/Vegetables beans carrots tomato sauce banana Halo grapes

*Drink at least 8 glasses of water
*Get in some sort of cardio or strength exercise
*Spoil Yourself at least once
