There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Therapist doesn't want me working on anything except leg exercises until we are done with them and she can evaluated my back.

Did you get a bunch accomplished?
Did you spend time with loved ones?
Did you rest and relax?
GREAT FOR YOU!

Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR CORE!
You can do any (or all) of the following:

*Do at least THREE exercises (and appropriate reps) that work your CORE area. Spark Fitness has great suggestions for core exercises.

*Take a class such as kickboxing or martial arts.

*Do an exercise video that focuses on your core muscles
