There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

1-Drinking 8 cups of water emoticon
2-Eating a fruit and/or vegetable every day broccoli for lunch, mandarin for snack so far emoticon
3-Not eating in front of the TV television is in the same room but not on emoticon
4-No soda or coffee emoticon
5-Eat breakfast every morning I had an Ensure so I drank it
6-No candy or potato chips emoticon

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to try to accomplish as many of the as is possible:

1-Drinking 8 cups of water
2-Eating a fruit and/or vegetable every day
3-Not eating in front of the TV
4-No soda or coffee
5-Eat breakfast every morning
6-No candy or potato chips
