*Snow
*After holiday sales
*Renewing of eating/exercise goals

COLD SEASON!

Your challenge today is to GET IN YOUR VITAMIN C. Research suggests that Vitamin C may help with your common cold AND allergies (something that Texas has a hard time with during "Cedar Fever" season).

Foods that are high in Vitamin C are:

*Citrus
*Strawberries
*Peppers
*Guava
*Kiwi Fruit
*Mango
*Papaya
*Persimmon
*Cantaloupe & Honeydew
*Tomato

Let's fight those nasty colds & allergies with healthy, tasty foods.
