looks like I am a little over 1600

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

Happy Thursday to you!

How are you doing on Sodium?
Do you add salt to your food?
Do you eat a lot of salty foods?
Have you been keeping track of your sodium intake?

Your challenge today is:

*If you haven't already done so, add Sodium to your nutrient tracker.
Your daily Sodium intake just might surprise you.

*Read labels!
Many foods such as: Processed meats, soups, "diet meals", and even pastries have hidden sodium. Opt for the "lower sodium" version of your favorite foods.

*Taste your food BEFORE adding salt.

*Realize that using fresh/dried spices, lemon juice, low sodium broth, etc. can help you to lower the sodium amounts in your food

*Try to keep your Sodium under your daily requirements (personally, this is my toughest challenge and I don't even add salt to my foods).

Have a FANTASTIC Thursday!
