1 & 2-continue unpacking this week and sort out new homes of everything
3-do cleaning later this week
4 grocery shopping
5 take our grandson to lunch and a movie

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

Bookwork entails at least 5 things!
1 - work on ledger pages that are messy. emoticon
2 - write checks for first of the month emoticon
3- drop off info to our accountant emoticon
4 - work on my new "house file"
5 - make phone calls to Medicare about some questionable charges

This week I also hope to start keeping a 2 liter bottle of water on my table and pouring my water from it so I can keep track of my intake more easily. emoticon

Happy Monday To You!

I thought we could start off this week with a "to do list".

Make a note of 5 things that YOU WILL GET DONE BY THE WEEKEND!

You can jot down the 5 things that you will get done here (or keep them somewhere that you can refer to them).

Also, let's shoot for 8-10 glasses of water today.

Have a FANTASTIC Monday!
