I want to see Coco but no one will go with me. We don't have any small kids. I am going to find one on the street and borrow him/her.

slept in and took our Grandson to see Coco and our daughter and son took us to a great japanese restaurant for dinner this evening..............nice day all around...........

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

I like that idea. I need a nap, and since my husband has football on the TV I might be lucky enough to catch a few zzzzs! I'll take my book with me and hopefully drift off...

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to PAMPER YOU! Take time out of your day to spoil yourself. Simple ways you can do this are:

*Sleep in
*Take a nap
*Take a relaxing bubble bath
*Buy something for yourself
*Rent a special movie or go see one
*Buy a healthy food you rarely buy
*Ask family or friends to make YOU dinner for once

Whatever you decide to do today, make sure to take time for YOU.

Have a great Thursday everyone!
