I WILL be in the pool 3x a week doing 2 hours as well............... and doing walking on the other days...........around 2000 minutes more or less..............

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

The 5% challenge starts January 6 so I try to do a lot of exercise for my team. I joined the Y and have set a goal of swimming 2 times a week. I go for at least 2 hours. I will say 1,100 minutes.

Happy Tuesday to you!

It is time for determining your JANUARY CARDIO MINUTES.
How many minutes of cardio are you doing daily?
How many is that in a week? How much is that for a month?
Can you increase that for the month of JANUARY?

Your challenge today is to
DETERMINE HOW MANY CARDIO MINUTES YOU CAN DO IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY.
Make a pledge to yourself.
You DESERVE to be healthy IN 2018.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can do TODAY.

Lastly, make a note of how many minutes you want to
accomplish in JANUARY .
You can make a note of your minutes here, as well as on your calendar.
Put a note in your gym bag.
Put a sticky note in your closet by your walking/running shoes.
YOU CAN DO THIS!
