There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

I think I need a rest day, but I'll do my home exercises tomorrow, ice my knee and elevate my leg. Gotta get this swelling to let up and loosen up the muscles around the new knee. Pain meds if necessary and rest!

Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to PUSH YOURSELF A BIT HARDER/LONGER with your cardio or strength training.

Are you doing cardio today? How about:

*Going faster?
*Going farther?
*Going longer?

Are you doing strength training today? How about:

*Adding a bit more resistance or weight?
*Doing a few more repetitions?
*Going up a level in difficulty?

The weekend is almost here. Let's kick it off with some muscle building and fat burning!!!

Have a great Friday!
