There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

OK Lita, I'm going to give today's challenge a try.

Take meds on time...
Use theraband for upper body...
Do well at PT...
Drink 6 glasses of water...
Clear kitchen table after every meal...
Declutter at least 15 minutes...

challenge: COMPLETE ALL YOUR DAILY GOALS.

You can change your personal daily goals under:
*Nutrition
*Change Nutrition Goals
*Add Another Kind of Goal to track

Some ideas for daily goals:

*Brush teeth 2x
*Make Bed
*Meditate/pray
*Take multi-vitamin
*Drink 10 glasses of water
*Do Upper body exercises

...etc. Your challenge today is to complete ALL OF YOUR DAILY GOALS. Don't have daily goals posted for yourself? Today is the day to add them to your system. They are a great motivation because you get Sparkpoints when you complete them. How cool is that?
