did some walking today...........
the only equipement used was me.............

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

My ribs still hurt. I did use dumb bells though.

Happy Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is to BREAK OUT THE EQUIPMENT.
Whether you are doing cardio or strength today, you need to make your workout more demanding by using one or more of the following:

*Stability Ball
*Resistance bands
*Weights
*Medicine Ball
*Weighted gloves
*Trampoline
*Pull Up bar
*Push Up handles
*Exercise Wheel
*Jump Rope
* Pilates or yoga bricks, resistance balls, rings, etc.

Push yourself today a bit more than usual.
