There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

6.8 according to my fitbit, but I fell asleep in the chair before waking up to go to bed, so I did get the 8 or close to it. I didn't make it to 9pm because I was waiting for a movie to come on and I never saw it.

Your challenge today is to GET 8 HOURS OF SLEEP.
For many of us, getting a full night of sleep is next to impossible. In order to complete this challenge, you need to turn off the television, or put down the book.

Take a warm bath, put on your jammies, and GET SOME SLEEP!
