There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

Yes, I was telling the social worker this morning who gets me the homemaker that I love it. The apartment is much smaller and I thought I wouldn't like it, but it is cozier and I find it very comforting knowing that my Mom is only a mile away. My whole family is closer now. My neighbors are nice and the landlord is nice. I think I will like it here.

Lita--I just moved. I don't envy you. I hate moving. That is why I stay put. I was in West Hartford for 14 years and in my last apartment for 21 years. I will die in this apartment. My landlord told me all his tenants say that.

Happy Monday To You!

I thought we could start off this week with a "to do list".

Make a note of 5 things that YOU WILL GET DONE BY THE WEEKEND!

You can jot down the 5 things that you will get done here (or keep them somewhere that you can refer to them).

Also, let's shoot for 8-10 glasses of water today.

Have a FANTASTIC Monday!
