i agree hard to believe..........
i bet his pedometer whatever brand it s ..............is very inaccurate

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

I knew it was 7,200 that is still alot. I would think that is impossible but some guy on fitbit.com claims he does over 100,000 a day. I find that very hard to believe but he swears it.

Happy Monday to you!

Strap on your pedometer -
We are going WALKING!
Your challenge today is to put on your pedometer (if you own one) and try to get in 10,000 steps.
If you don't have a pedometer, that is roughly a 5 mile walk.
This is a great way to burn off the extra calories we consumed over the week.
click on the link below to match your exercise into steps...
