There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

You can change your personal daily goals under:
*Nutrition
*Change Nutrition Goals
*Add Another Kind of Goal to track

Some ideas for daily goals:

*Brush teeth 2x
*Make Bed
*Meditate/pray
*Take multi-vitamin
*Drink 10 glasses of water
*Do Upper body exercises

Don't have daily goals posted for yourself? Today is the day to add them to your system. They are a great motivation because you get Sparkpoints when you complete them. How cool is that?
