did not manage to break out the equipement but got some walking in..........

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

All my equipment is packed except my cardio glide. I just couldn't hop on that today. I looked at 3 apartments and climbed a lot of stairs in this humidity. I now understand why I have lived here for 21 years, I hate to move, it is the pits.

Happy Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is to BREAK OUT THE EQUIPMENT.
Whether you are doing cardio or strength today, you need to make your workout more demanding by using one or more of the following:

*Stability Ball
*Resistance bands
*Weights
*Medicine Ball
*Weighted gloves
*Trampoline
*Pull Up bar
*Push Up handles
*Exercise Wheel
* Pilates or yoga bricks, resistance balls, rings, etc.

Push yourself today a bit more than usual.
