There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Good advice LITA. I find the more sugar I eat the more I crave. Also, there are better sugar substiutes then there used to be. For example, I have been using "Pyure" which is a blend of organic Stevia and organic Erythritol. It tastes pretty good in most recipes I have made using it. I buy it in WalMart.

Happy Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is this:
Can you cut your daily sugar or switch your regular sugary foods for lighter versions?
Instead of:

*A regular soda - Try a diet soda
*A spoon of sugar in your coffee - Try a partial packet of artificial sweetener
*Regular chocolate - Try a sugar-free version

As Spark says: Take small steps! What small change can you make today?

P.S. Get in AT LEAST 8 glasses of water today too!
