There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

1. Get 60 minutes of cardio exercise.....go to the gym, go for a long walk, or even break it up into smaller intervals of 10 or 15 minutes at a time. --15 minute walk

2. Stay within calorie range, drink at least 8 glasses of water every day, take your vitamins and get enough protein. emoticon

3 Track it all....your water, your food, protein and/or any other vitamins or minerals that you want to watch. emoticon
