I got ahead of you this time. I did 40 minutes of strength training at the gym yesterday. Will be doing gentle yoga for 20 minutes and taking my dog for a 12 minute walk today.

PS Love this team and the fact you regularly send us emails regarding fitness and health.

You can find exercises to match your current fitness level in the Spark Fitness area.

Need a bit more of a challenge? You can incorporate weights, bands and/or balls into your arm workout.

Remember to have fun, drink plenty of water and rest between reps.
