I understand that is why I step away from SP for a while it can become obsessive. I asked my hubby to take away the scale I wegh in every two weeks. I don't lose weight weekly like some people. It took me a long time to realize this. Not everybody is alike...but I didn't wanted to accept it at first. But I must admit I still have my measuring tape.....

I have decided to put all weighing and measuring on hold for a few weeks. I was getting obsessive and I don't need that. It is not good for me. I give you my word by the time the first challenges begin, I will be ready and willing.

I have been frustrated these pat few days..but guess what I have to hang in there. The pounds is not coming off. I have loss another inch off my hips. All I can say is thank God. I am going back to eating smart ones for lunch. When I was doing that I was losing 2 pounds a week. I have to see what happens. Another thing that frustrates me is you always have to switch things up..

Having a hectic schedule isn't easy at all. If possible could you eat a good breakfast. I mean one that is high in calories....

This has been really tough. My work hours are longer and eating on time has been difficult. Hence when I do eat I have been eating larger portions because I am HUNGRY. I take snacks to work but have been too busy even to eat them. I have not gained any weight but despite exercising at least 4 days I have not lost any either. Hopefully once this Christmas rush dies down I will be able to get back to normal.

Andrea that is awesome. I have felt really bloated lately (which of course makes me feel HUGE) but everyone has been telling me how small I look. I am confused because my tummy looks like it is getting larger. I have this pudge that is just so annoying. Well anyway I have been eating the 100 calorie snack packs to keep me going when I just feel like I can not get by anymore without sweet. I hate the holiday's just for this reason...too much good food all over the place.

For the past two weeks I have increased my strength training. For the past week I have increased my calorie. My body was in shock and I gained a pound. I just measured myself and I dropped 2 inches. 1 off my waist and 1 off my hips. All I can say right now is the hell with the scale. I love, love strength training...two weeks..2 inches. There are nore inches to be dropped.

It's not easy Tash, eat a slice don't deprive yourself. I had guava dufff yesterday and I didn't feel guilty. Too many restrictions leads to failure.

I am somewhat discourage...I guess you can say anxious. I know when you are doing strength training the scale doesn't move, but I want to see that thing move. My scale is doing the matrix slow as hell.

My clothing are looser than ever, I am enjoying strength training and lifting weights. I think I am getting addicted.

For the past couple of days I was really doing great. I increased my cal and I am working my butt off. Today I will run and up down the stairs for 50 mins. Let me just say that exercise burns your thighs.

B- 2 slices of whole grain bread, 1 fried egg and 1 cup of milk
S- apple
L- 10 whole wheat crackers with 3 oz tuna,1 cup black beans,and 1 cup steamed baby carrots

I didn't do well today. I had a friend that was kidnapped and emotions ran extremely high. I ate a piece of pumpkin pie. I know I shouldn't have but I was just so depressed. Especially after I was made to understand that blood was found at the crime scene. I will try and do better.

That's a great plan....this is my first time dieting during the holidays all I can say is God be with me.

I haven't loss anything this week which I expected. I increased my strength training. I will decrease it to two times this week. But I feel great.....and my clothing feels loose.

Reflection time: NO MORE BOX MEAL aka lean cuisine, smart ones and etc. For the past few days I had sever headaches and I know I was not under any stress. So I say what I am doing different. The culprit was what I was eating. Yes, sodium, had my body out of whack. I allowed the nurse to check my pressure yesterday and it was high. I don't have hypertension, so I knew exactly what to do. I made a vow to myself to eat clean.

I am feeling much better..... emoticon

You know I had to make a decision. I waste money at times. I started this journey 130 pounds overweight. That is a whole person. If I can get to 180 I will be healthy. So I decided to sacrifice going to the movies or going out for dinner and got a trainer to show me where I am going wrong with my exercise. He really works me out!!! But I see what I wasn't doing right. I have to do this before I have a heart attack or worst die. I want children some day, but I need to get healthy first!!!

At the gym my trainer took me to war..(had to make up for days off)!!
30 minutes high intensity (10% incline) on the treadmill, 10 minutes doing twists, 30 minutes lower ab exercises, side crunches then weight training. I feel awesome!!
I am really going after that 240 goal!!!!

Today is the day....I will post my exercise here to make sure I am even more accountable for my actions.

I am positive. My goal is to lose 10 pounds...all I can say is Lord help me.

Oh YES!!

This sounds great to me. I will be on vacation Nov 5-16, so this will encourage me to stay on track when I go away and stuff. And plus this ends when it is time for me to go on my cruise, so I should not only be thinner for 2008 but for my cruise... That's what I'm talking about... The motivation that I need!!!

I'm in for sure!!!! Nov 30 is when I travel to do my Christmas shopping! I hope to be down to goal by then and Dec 30 if I can loose weight in the Christmas then I'll know SP is the ultimate miracle for me LOL!
